Appointment Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee
Exam fees are non-refundable once services are rendered

Eyewear Orders

Prescription eyewear is custom-made and non-refundable once an order is placed
Frame selection and lens options are confirmed with the patient prior to ordering
Prescription Recheck & Adjustment Policy

If a patient experiences difficulty adapting to their new glasses, Optical Wheels is committed to reviewing and addressing the issue.

A complimentary prescription recheck may be provided within 15 days of the original exam, when clinically appropriate

Glasses will be evaluated to verify prescription accuracy, lens fabrication, and fit

If an adjustment or remake is necessary based on professional assessment, we will work to resolve the issue at no additional cost, when applicable

This policy does not apply to:

Changes in prescription due to new or unrelated eye conditions
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear beyond initial adaptation
Requests outside the recheck timeframe
